Recruitment guidelines [READ ME FIRST]

The recruitment guidelines is divided in to two parts.
I - What Guardians oF TeRRa wants and some information about us.
II - What you need to answer in a application to Guardians.

We're always recruiting new members. However, we have some guidelines as to what we look for in a player.
Guardians oF TeRRa tries to emphasize respect towards other players and maturity.

There is 3 important things for you to know specifically about applying to Guardians Of TeRRa, those are:

ALWAYS POST A NEW APPLICATION TOPIC. DO NOT PLACE YOUR APPLICATION IN SOMEBODY ELSE'S TOPIC

WE ARE NOT RECRUITING PLAYERS FOR ADMIN DUTIES

NO MEMBER HAS EVER BEEN RECRUITED THAT HASN'T TALKED TO US IN VENTRILO


We want players that are:

General:
- Mature and respectful towards other players
- Over the age of 16
- AGAINST any form of cheating in multiplayer games
- Fluent in da henglish langwidge and have a decent ping in our servers (less than 250ms)

SA-MP Specific:
- Excellent at fighting on foot (running and static weapons)
- Good drivers/pilots
- Preferably long-time mta/vc-mp/gta players
- Respected members of the community


Communication
Our primary form of communication is ventrilo.
We talk on ventrilo ALL THE TIME.
The voice chat allows us to have more fun, and get to know people better.
Talking to letters on a screen is boring and doesn't give us a good representation of your personality.

We also use Live Messenger (MSN) for text chat.
And of course the forums for general clan discussions.

Application:
Please answer the following questions in your application:

- How often do you play?
- How old are you?
- Where are you from?
- Which other names you have in server?
- Do you ever cheat/hack/mod etc?
- Do you have a microphone?
- Do you have MSN messenger?
- Do you have skype?
- How can you help contribute? (relevant skills or talents besides SAMP)

SA-MP Specific:
- How long have you been playing GTA multiplayer mods?
- What is/are your favorite weapon(s)
- Favorite car(s)?
- What are you best at? (Fighting, driving, flying, etc..)
- Do you use any modifications?
- Have you ever been in any other clans/gangs? If so, which ones?

But! Don't stop there, though..
Keep going. We want to know as much about you as you are willing to share.
The more, the better. A long, well-written application really impresses us.  

Please..
Don't expect to get a tag within a day of your application.
It usually takes at least a month or two to get a .t or .r tag.
Don't be discouraged by this waiting period.
If you're a well-respected member of the community, active in ventrilo and on our servers, you're almost certainly being considered for a tag.
So if you've been waiting for awhile, don't give up!
Your efforts will be rewarded in the long run.


If you just randomly post an application, do not expect a great response.
Play on the server, get to know our members, come in vent.
